CAUTION
Gary Lee St. John is alleged to have committed sex acts upon a six-year-old girl in Reno, Nevada in early 1998. St. John was arrested on February 26, 1998, charged with sexual assault and lascivious acts with a child under 14 years of age, and later released on bail. He failed to appear for trial in November of 1998 and a state warrant was issued for his arrest based on the previous sex related charges. In January of 1999, a federal arrest warrant was issued charging St. John with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. St. John was subsequently charged with failure to appear in a bench warrant issued in February of 1999.
